I would like to thank everyone at the practise .I think it is very clean and the people are very helpful .It was very reassuring having jane talking all the way through the operation and was made a lovely cup of tea .I think it is a very very good practice and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic surgery! Dr Clemetson, Dr Johnson and Dr Reed are amazing doctors. Very knowledgeable and I totally trust them and their professional advice and judgement. A huge thanks to them for caring for my family and I.

I find the length of time on the phone waiting to go through all the options very worrying, also the number of days which elapse before you can see the doctor , who knows you best and has been treating you. That said ,when I needed some advice and treatment recently I rang and was told to attend 45 minutes later to wait for the emergency doctor. He had five patients in front of me to see and I waited exactly an hour , which I thought was excellent. He was very cheerful, professional and helpful. Just a pity there are so many patients registered with the practice and only one phone line. All in all I think you do a fabulous job dealing with all the anxious people who come through the doors with good humour and patience. One more thing , it would be great if there could be a chiropodist available sometimes just to see, treat and cut older patient's nails. I cannot find one NHS chiropodist willing to cut my husband's fungal nails though I can get mine cut by Age UK at Purley. Apparently he doesn't fall into any category where he can be treated at Purley Hospital Podiatry clinic!

Had a cervical screening appointment which is a necessary evil. I was made to feel at ease and relaxed. The test was quick and simple and the nurse was great at making me feel as comfortable as possible. Always a nervous time but afterwards felt a lot better. Thank you...

The team at Parkside are all very friendly and professional. There is sometimes a long wait for available appointments, but when I did need to see a GP urgently, I was able to get an emergency appointment on the same day, and there is always the option to have a phone consultation.
